Jennifer began her yoga journey 20 years ago while a studying at Rutgers University. It began as a place to quiet the mind during stressful periods and as a supplement to a vigorous running schedule. Her passion for yoga grew many years later after a devastating cancer diagnosis. Through her practice, Jennifer found a connection of mind, body and spirit both on and off the mat. With a desire to expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga, she completed her 200hr YTT at Johns Creek Yoga in May 2017. She believes in sharing the gift of yoga and teaches from the heart, creating an uplifting and safe environment that allows her students to explore their own personal process of transformation.
