Tami experienced her first Thai Massage on her 35th birthday as a gift to herself and has been hooked on this fluid, nurturing style of body work ever since. She received her training as a practitioner in 2010 from master teacher, Kam Thye Chow, founder of Lotus Palm School of Massage in Montreal. With Tami’s background as a Yoga instructor, the method and techniques of Thai Massage came naturally to her. Offering this style of massage eventually sparked the desire to continue her education in massage therapy. Upon graduating from Georgia Massage School in 2015, Tami has expanded her offerings to include Swedish Massage infused with clinically based Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial techniques. Tami values holding space, educating and empowering the client and carefully listening to their individual goals, customizing each session accordingly. Tami often works with athletes and is well versed in issues that arise in the athletic population. She has had the pleasure on many occasions of collaborating with physical therapists and chiropractors in a synergistic effort to restore health and balance to her clients.
