200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Weekend Model
Our traditional weekend model of yoga teacher training meets for 10 weekends over the course of 7-10 months.
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Immersion + 4.5 Weekends Model
In the Immersion Model of Teacher Training, you will travel for 8 nights to the Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, North Carolina for Part One: Entering the Heart of the Lotus. Here you will dive deeply into your own practice and learn the history, philosophy and science that informs the Yoga we practice today. Part 2: Sharing the Lessons of the Lotus, will take place in studio over the course of 4.5 weekends and will give you the tools and techniques you need to teach and share the practice.
The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers the opportunity to deepen and refine the skills you have already cultivated. This advanced certification will make you eligible to register as an RYT500, the highest designation of training, with the National Yoga Alliance. The program is designed to be flexible with weekend modules of varying lengths taught by highly experienced master teachers from all over the country and here in Atlanta. The requirements can be completed in as little as 14 months or as long as 3 years.
