Release Tension From Neck and Shoulders

A new study published in the Journal of Pain showed that yoga was an effective treatment for students suffering from chronic neck pain. Chronic neck tension and pain affects psychological well-being – it can lead to pain related apprehension, disability and ultimately, decreased quality of life. This class will address easing muscle tension from the neck, shoulders and upper back as well as strengthening upper back and neck muscles and improving overall posture. All levels are welcome.
