After a cancer diagnosis in 2015, Jennifer dedicated herself to the practice and study of yoga and meditation receiving her initial 200-hour yoga teaching certification and 500RYT certification under the guidance of Sheila Ewers of Johns Creek Yoga. She is honored to teach yoga, creating a safe space to help others deepen their own practice and bring physical and mindful awareness to one’s daily life. Jennifer believes that yoga is a life-long practice and offers modifications, emphasizes breath connection and physical alignment in hope that each practitioner finds their home on the mat. “You Only Get One Body, One Mind, And One Spirit To Live In. Take Care Of It And Love It!” -The Yogiste
When she’s not at the studio, Jennifer loves hanging out with her husband, Chris, and their three young daughters. They love traveling, boating, time at the beach and all that this beautiful life has to offer.
