Personal Message:

Know your body fully and completely. Be honest with yourself. Accept your limitations, acknowledge them and respect them so that you can safely work through them. Be aware and present at all times and learn to cherish and appreciate all the wonderful things that surround you. Accepting and loving ourselves is the first step to accepting and loving others. Only when we have conquered the physical aspects of life, can we begin to explore the mind and the heart! – Leisy Julien
